VP200 is perfect to break down communication barriers- once I had a dilemma with a hearing man who couldn’t read and write. I spotted his cell phone and had him call me using DirectVP, from there it was smooth communication. If not been for Sorenson, I would still be in dark world…

Try when ready to dial, type first or last name on dail box instead of click from listing name or type phone nbr. When type name, click which one to dial much faster than search from A to Z to find which one to dial.
And also I am waiting for the manual book for VP200 since last April.
Not Thank to Sorenson Only…..Orginally I know about videophone first was D Link that CSD and Sprint spread out before Sorenson provided. I believe that it should applause to CSD and Sprint also. Eventually Sorenson took over for the better but thank to FCC to make Sorenson to open to any vendors-relay that customers have their choices and also coming 2009 it will be having phone numbers to contact instead of IP and two phone numbers for hearing and Deaf… Reason is to prevent monopoly just like AT&T and Ma Bell way back in 1980’s….
Sorenson is wrong with the 866 number. I cannot see my friend’s sorenson number. I want MY own number. with MY own area code. I feel like a disabled person with special numbers.
did you know that many sorenson’s interpetors are NOT certified. thanks to few Sorenson interpetors that totally misunderstand what I had to say many times, this created many problems.
Many thanks to Sorenson, but one thing, I am so disappointed with some relay to make the local number. Do you know why? once you get your own local number, the cable company will have to PAY the LD. That is so sad so that means watch out. the cable company is able to increase the price on it or block it either way.
