Hey Frank! This is very good! Because you showed others that Blind-Deaf have abilities to do things. Some Blind-Deaf people feel they cannot do anything, you gave them hope and know they can do something. You are amazing! Your skills are exquisite! I cannot compare myself as your skills. Gotta to respect that! Hope one day I will make a stop to your office and see your work.. Maybe you can teach me one thing or two! Take care!!

I am sure you will remember me, Susan Weil-Venter back home from South Africa, just read your website, I think you are remarkable and I take my hat off to you. So good to see you again and you are looking great, chin up and you are not forgotten.
I saw your video of your work. You have my utmost RESPECT for you and your awesome attitude toward to your sight become poor, But you didn’t let that stop you from doing what you want to do in life. Hats off to you! wow, God is an amazing GOD! He is great! He gave you the GIFT! I will not forget you!
I am deaf and visually impaired. I live in St. George, Utah. My friend from Boston emailed your video to me so I watched it. Wowowow!!!! I am very impressed with your positive attitude! You are very positive and awesome!!!! I agree that everyone should be educated about the deaf blind culture so they can help them and be good friends with them so they won’t be rejected or feel left out or isolated! They need to be equal to the hearing people so they can get the same information and be aware of the world… We all are human beings!!!! Smiles!
This is Stephen Ehrlich from West Jordan, Utah. I was one of your customers who sent my Perkins Brailler for repair about one year ago. I am very happy that you are the deaf-Blind person having the special ability to get braillers repaired, thanks to your background in the area of mechanical interest. More than this, I am also glad that we belong to our Deaf-Blind culture and community where we can empthaize with each other from our experiences as Usher’s Sydrome type One.
Yes, I still remember vividly meeting you at HKNC for the first time in the year 2001 when you got a special one-week training through a deaf HKNC staff by the name of Mak. At that time I did not realize that you really wanted to serve our peers and hearing blind clients in relation to brailler repair service, for I thought it would be impossible to do the most complicated stuff with many, many various parts, especially the different sizes and types of screws. Later you made the offical announcement about your business through the Deaf-Blind american magazine, published by the American Association of the Deaf-Blind. I dropped my mouth open wide in awe that you proved yourself to do the job. It gave me a feeling of thrill that you are the true sysymbol to the world that a Deaf-Blind person can do it with his mechanical inclination and expertise. Can Do it no matter if he cannot see and hear at all. Also, it paves much hope for our Deaf-Blind community that the sighted hearing world begins to open their mind to see us as individuals with God-given abilities and talents, aside from our outer appearance as disabled perons with physical and/or senosry limitations. My warmest congrats to your milestone which significantly contributes to the progress of our Deaf-Blind awareness worldwide.
Frank, please convey my warmest regards to Bob Green. You are most fortunate to have him being able to communicate with you in ASL so you continue to learn many things from him through his eyes as long as you use your hands, which are your eyes to see things by touch.
My best wishes to your successful business which will always continue to grow and expand in years to come. When the time comes that you leave our mortal existeance, we in our deaf-blind community will, for sure, remember your inspiration and legacy.
I need to add one more line prior to the closure of my writing because I am totally Deaf-Blind, like you are, I know nothing about Deaf Nation Video until a friend of mine, one of my former classmates from Gallaudet Univeristy, shared the information with me. Jana, my beautiful sighted, hearing wife, helped me with interpreting. Personally, I envy some of our peers with residudal vision that they are able to see and enjoy the video. Anyway, I am so glad that you were in the video to share your experiences with us and educate the world about the aspect of deaf-blindess.
Dear Frank,
It is great to see the video about your great work! The world could use more people like you.
Kind Regards,
