Not only did these Deaf people follow their dreams of opening their own food truck, they truly went all out. Pizza Fab is an hand-thrown Italian style pizza truck with an actual wood-burning oven onboard while 1000 & 1 Signes offers Moroccan inspired couscous and slow-cooked meats.
