Joel meets with Deaf fan makers at Hangzhou Wangxingji Fan Industry Co., Ltd. established in 1875 was an export-oriented enterprise and a China’s time-honored brand. The company is awarded to be Zhejiang Provincial Famous Brand and Zhejiang Provincial Renowned Enterprise. The fan craft is recorded into the national intangible cultural heritage protection list.
