Black noodles might sound very foreign to you… but it’s a popular dish in Korea! We visit the town of Gyeongsangbuk-do to try out a successful Deaf restaurateur’s specialty, the black noodles! We start in the kitchen with Pyeong-Ho, the owner, who shows us how cooking the noodles is done… then we join Joel at the table to eat those noodles! At the table, Joel talks with Pyeong-Ho to learn of his successes and passion. Maybe you’ll gain a craving for the black noodles after watching this video!
