Join me as I return to LAVOSI, Las Voces del Silencio, a Deaf school in Jocotenango, Guatemala, which I first visited in 2008, traveling alongside Alvaro De Leon and supporting his dream to establish the school in 2009. Filming their journey in 2012, I’m back twelve years later to witness the remarkable progress and endurance of Alvaro’s vision, a heartening testament to the power of friendship and the pursuit of dreams within the deaf community.
