Fort Portal, Uganda — visiting the Kyaninga Child Development Centre with Swaib, a Deaf teacher leading the way. I met Deaf children and families from remote villages who come here to learn and connect through sign language. Powerful to see parents beginning to communicate with their Deaf children.
