Jialin Zhou 周佳霖 and Xiaoping Huang 黄小平 are two Deaf palm weavers in Changsha, China, and in this video, we learn of their story. Jialin explains how she learned how to palm weaving, their progress in their palm weaving business, and how they ended up at expos.
