On a day off from the World Deaf Business Expo, Joel Barish and his friends went on an adventure on the island of Xiamen. The adventure began with a ride on the ferry then a three-hour road trip to the Hakka walled village in Yongding, Fujian, and ended at the bustling marketplace with freshest seafood on the island.
